Rates:

Deposit of one night, is required at time of booking, for a two to three night stay. Reservations of four or more nights and special packages, 50% of the total plus $100.00 is required at time of booking to be held as a deposit. Deposit may be made by credit card, money order, bank draft or bank wire transfer. Deposits must be received within 14 days of booking and 14 days prior to stay. Deposit is refundable, less a $50.00 cancellation fee, plus Cancellation Policy rules apply. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. No pets, kennel available. Smoking is prohibited in the house. No children under six (6). All deposits returned within 14 days of departure, less any damage or excessive cleaning fees.

Cancellations: Cancellation notice must be received in writing, email or fax, prior to 14 (fourteen) days of arrival date (30-day notice required for holiday bookings), otherwise deposit is forfeit.
