Rates:

• $285 per night for first 8 occupants:  May - Oct
  (Summer Rate)
• $265 per night for first 8 occupants: Nov - April
  (Winter Rate)
• $15/night for each additional occupant up to a total of 12 occupants.
• Weekly rates available.

• Four night minimum June through August.
• Three night minimum for Holidays and Spring Break weeks.
• Two night minimum all other dates

• $85 Cleaning Fee.
• +8% Hotel Tax + 1% Lodging Tax.
• $200 Security Deposit.
• No Smoking.
• No Pets.
• Sleeps maximum of 12 occupants.

• 50% of Rent due as Deposit within one week of booking.  Checks or credit cards through PayPal account accepted.

• Cancellation Policy:
  50% of deposit paid will be refunded if 30 days notice of cancellation is given.  There is no refund for a cancellation notice of less than 30 days unless re booking within 90 days of your original reservation date.
