Lovely 1BR Suites, 1BR & 2BR Duplex units and 3BR Vacation Rental Houses all in Seaside on Oregon's beautiful North Coast. Please visit our main website for further details and pictures of all properties.

Each Suite has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and bath with either shower only or jetted tub w/shower, 2 TV's, 2 VCR's w/free movie rental, 2 phones w/free local calls, 20' decks and complimentary beverages & snacks restocked daily. Suites will accommodate 2 adults or families of 3-4. Suites have queen bed in bedroom, queen sofa bed in living room. Many special touches have been added for your comfort and enjoyment such as luxury linens & towels, large terry robes, slippers, extensive bath amenities including hair dryer and iron & board. Daily maid service is provided. Gas barbecues (seasonal). Suites are 3 diamond AAA approved. Property is covered with flowers during Spring, Summer & Fall.

Duplex Units are great for couples or small families. 1BR or 2BR units  may be combined for 3-4 bedrooms (contact us for details). You will enjoy a fireplace, bath with jetted tub/shower, full kitchen, living room, bedroom, deck, barbecue, outside furniture, 2 TV's, 2 VCR's w/free movie rental, phone w/free local calls and complimentary beverages & snack to start your stay. Luxury linens & towels, bath amenities and laundry facility on property. Also included are iron & board, vacuum, broom and cleaner to use if needed during you stay. These units are a few very short blocks to the beach and downtown Broadway St. A starter supply of paper products, waste can liners, coffee, tea, cocoa, popcorn, mints and condiments are included upon arrival. Contracts and security deposits required.

Houses vary in size and style. All are very nice and spotlessly clean. Houses have fireplaces, one has jetted tub. Houses are equipped with many things to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms, baths, many extras. Choose from 3BR/2BA or 3BR/3BA houses. Houses have 6 beds. Each rental has been professionally cleaned and is ready to occupy. Maid service is available for added fee. However, if you are weekly guests we do offer a FREE cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen area once during your stay. Iron & board, vacuum, broom and cleaner are supplied to use if needed during your stay.

Rent the entire property for up to 25 people!

1BR Suites & 1BR Duplex Units: 10/1-2/28 $99-$150, 3/1-5/22 $110-$160, 5/23-9/30 $145-$195 per night. Based on 2 adults.

2BR Duplex Unit: 10/1-2/28 $145-$195, 3/1-5/22 $155-$205, 5/23-9/30 $195-$225

Houses: 10/1-2/28 $175-$225, 3/1-5/22 $195-$250, 5/23-9/30 $250-$295 per night. Based on 6 adults or families up to 8. 2 night minimum. 7th night is always FREE. Add 9% room tax to all rates. Holidays usually require 3 night stays in all units. Duplex and Houses require a 5-7 night stay during July and August. If you require less than 7 nights call for availability. We do not charge cleaning fees. However we do require a security deposit on duplex & houses to cover damages. If extensive cleaning is required, it will be deducted from your deposit. Security deposits are completely refundable providing units are left in good condition. We do ask that you respect our properties and treat them with kindness.
