The unit has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a Cal-King bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious lanai is tiled and offers garden and ocean views.

This condo offers a well decorated living room and bedroom. The entry hall, bathroom, kitchen and lanai are tiled, with carpet in the bedroom, living room and dining area.

The spacious lanai has patio furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The full appointed kitchen is equipped with a microwave and all amenities for preparing meals.

The condo offers a washer and dryer, and central air conditioning for your convenience and comfort.

The condo complex has underground parking that has a door that takes you right out onto Alii Drive in the heart of the shopping and dining.

Steps from the condo complex is the Kona Harbor, the site of the start and finish of the famous Ironman Triathlon. The marina offers sports-fishing, submarine rides, para-sailing, and diving, and sunset cruises. Jogging and biking along Alii Drive are popular pastimes for visitors and locals alike. 

	Visitors to Kona may rent bikes and small electric carts to travel up and down the street.

There are bus, plane and helicopter rides available to tour the island, and the local golf course are some of the best in the U.S. Driving tours visit Kona coffee plantations, Macadamia nut groves, etc. By air you can see secluded waterfalls, and fly over an active volcano.

The Big Island has the only active volcano in the Hawaiian Islands.  Volcano National Park is an easy drive from Kona.

Visit Hilo, or the Parker Ranch, the largest cattle ranch in the United States. All are within easy driving distance from Kona.
