The driving time from Honolulu Airport is approximately 30 minutes; expressway most of the way.

Unit 310 is a spacious one-bedroom apartment with over 750 square feet of living.  It is located in the center of the building on the third floor and has an unobstructed, panoramic view of the ocean and fabulous sunsets.

You can sleep four with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized fold-out Lazyboy sofa in the living room. All linens are included, There is a 27" cable TV and VCR, DVD player and a CD/tape player/radio; the kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, cookware and tableware.

Maili Cove has easy access to golf courses, amusement parks, restaurants, shopping centers, financial and medical facilities and other services located on the Leeward Side of island.

Just 15 minutes down the road is the world renowned Ihilani Resort at Ko Olina. It has four of the most beautiful swimming lagoons in the world--and all are open to you at no charge.

Winter (December - March)
  Monthly:  $ 2,000

Summer (April - November)
  Monthly:  $ 1,800

Rental is from 12PM to 12PM.

More than 2 persons:  Add $60/person/week

11.75% tax and $100 clean-up fee.

The daily rate for additional days will be the weekly rate divided by 7.

For multiple weeks within a single-month timeframe, the total rate will not exceed the monthly rate.  

A 20% deposit is required within 5 business days of reservation; full payment three weeks prior to occupancy.
