Your luxury home away from home on the beautiful Pacific Ocean with a large lanai (deck) overlooking the sandy beach and ocean to watch the magnificent sunsets and, from November to April to watch the Humpback whales, dolphins and turtles swim by.

This well equipped 2 bedroom/2 full bath unit includes a pull out couch to comfortably sleep six. the spacious unit is tastefully decorated with a tropical feel, with all the amenities you would expect in the best equipped properties. The master bedroom is on the ocean, fall asleep to the sound of the sea. 

The views are spectacular.  The Sands of Kahana resort is not too large, but not too small. there are four nine story buildings of condominium units which surround the restaurant and bar, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, 3 tennis courts, huge exercise room, game room, tropical grounds which include 8 gas grills, koi pond with fountains, lily pads and many fish surrounded by lush tropical plants. Discount for stays longer than one week.

7-night minimum stay from 12/20 to 01/05

• Add $60 for Front Desk Check in fee
• Add 11.25% State taxes on all rates
• $500 deposit required within 10 days of booking reservation
• Balance due 45 days prior
• Christmas Season full prepayment required 60 days prior
• Cancellation notice required 45 days prior to arrival or deposit will be forfeited. No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival unless we are able to re-book the time
• Payment methods: Check, Money Order or PayPal. For payments using PayPal we will request a Payment from you using PayPal. You of course will need a PayPal account. PayPal payments will incur an additional fee of 2%.
