Welcome to our Florida and Disney Vacation home! As a working family with small children, we understand what it's like to travel with little ones. Vacations should be fun for everyone and with that in mind, we have spared no expense for our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2900 square foot executive luxury home. It is twice the size of typical 4 bedroom rental homes.

Our home is specifically designed for executive families -- there is a workspace with phone and high-speed Internet connection (DSL) as well as everything you could need for children from infants to teenagers. You don't need to bring anything as I have fully stocked the house for kids of all ages. We have a toy box for toddlers and an X-Box for teenagers.

Our home is located in the upscale Sunrise Lakes neighborhood and is only 10 minutes from Disney and 3 minutes from golf. If you have kids, this is the house for you. Cancellation Policy: Security deposit will be refunded in full if the cancellation occurs at least two month prior to the check-in date. Half of deposit will be refunded between two months and one month before rental period and not refunded if less than one month.

Deposits: A $300.00 deposit must be sent within 2 days of making your reservation. The remaining balance owed on your reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival made by any of the above payment methods.

Other Fees: An additional $15 a day is charged for optional pool heating, which is really not needed from April to September. If requested, pool heating will need to be ordered for the entire stay.
