Pool Heating: Very important note. Please read.
We now have two kinds of heating systems available for our home.

Standard heating: In weather not less then 50 deg. overnight temp.
$25.00 per night.
Standard heating will heat both the pool and the spa to a maximum temp of 80 to 85 Deg. As long as the air temp is no lower then 50 to 60 deg. (over night temp.) Over night cold weather will chill the pool water.

Turbo Heating:
$45.00 per night
Turbo heating is used in deep winter months when overnight air temp is between 30 to 50 deg.
Two heaters will be used to heat both the pool and spa water.
The spa will be heated with a propane heater with a maximum temp of 105 deg. and the pool will be heated with the standard electric heater.
Pool is heated to 85 Degrees maximum.
Spa can be heated to 105 Degrees maximum.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Deposit and total balance are non refundable unless we can rebook this home for your dates.

You can also use your deposit to rebook new vacation dates .

$500.00 Security Deposit due upon arrival
