Less than 15 minutes from Disney, a 5 bed/4bath, luxury executive villa, located on the $75 million Hampton Lakes community, which features a communal swimming pool, cabana, floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball and 2 children's play areas. The house has two king size suites, a queen size suite, a twin room and a room with a single bed and two bunk beds. In addition, there is a full size crib if needed. 

The house can comfortably accommodate two or three families and is fully furnished to a very high standard. Orange Tree House is less than 15 minutes from Disney and close to all of the local attractions, restaurants, shops and golf courses. There is a Publix Supermarket 5 minutes away. Rates:

Low Season (January, February, November and December excluding Christmas and New Year.) $830 per week Mid Season (March, April, May, June, September & October excluding Easter) $920 per week High Season (July & August) $1,040 per week Peak Season (Easter, Christmas & New Year) $1,120 per week The prices include all local taxes, towels, linen and unlimited local telephone calls. A deposit of $180 is required for each week that is booked. In the event of cancellation, our Terms and Conditions will apply (see www.orangetreehouse.com) For stays of less than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of $75 will apply. The prices include the cost of heating the spa, but if pool heat is required, this will cost an additional $125 per week.
