Very modern, very clean!!!! Every convenience you could ever want at this beautiful island retreat home!

	The home has two very large decks that face the Gulf of Mexico. This island is located just North of Sanibel & Captiva & Boca Grande Islands. We have the same weather, same beaches, and the same tropical climate on this very private island. The big difference is we do not have the crowds!!!!

You can only reach our island retreat by boat! No, cars are on the island. Your mode of transportation once you are on the island is by golf cart.

Our 24-ft. pontoon boat is a rental at a rate of $600 per week for exploring the islands, going out to dinner, etc.

The only thing you need to bring with you is your choice of clothes, and your food! You will leave our island very relaxed, and refreshed from your island holiday!
