Affordable luxury 1 room plus kitchen and bath condo in the heart of the Florida Keys. Tucked away from the crowds in a private tropic landscaped gated community on the ocean. Take a swim in the beautiful heated Olympic size terrace swimming pool with its panoramic view of the Marathon ocean shoreline, barbecue and picnic (maybe your "catch of the day") in a tropical setting at the oceanfront, enjoy catching "the big one" at the complex’s pier on a deep water channel where large game fish are regularly caught or just relax on the covered deck in the back yard.

But when you are ready to take in the sights outside of the resort you are close to restaurants of all types (from local’s favorite restaurants to gourmet cuisine), great sunset viewing places on the bayside of Marathon, there is all you need for any water sport you can think of including day trips to Looe Key Reef and Sombrero Lighthouse Reef, just a short drive from one of the most picturesque beaches in the U.S. (including Hawaii) at Bahia Honda State Park and only an hour drive to Key West or Key Largo, making it possible, from this central location, to see the entire stretch of the fabulous Florida Keys in a one week stay.

We have furnished our condo comfortably for two. Sorry, this unique efficiency is not available to more than two adults.

Rates:

$445.00 to $535.00 plus 11-1/2% tax per week (price varies with season). We are a licensed vacation rental through the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants, License #54 00173C-06. This efficiency has a very well equipped kitchen and the decor/furnishings are constantly maintained to match the level advertised in this website. Discount available for monthly rental. Separate, fully refundable, $100 reservation/security deposit required at time of booking, cleaning after guests leave is included in the rent.
