We would like to introduce you to our little spot in Paradise, Suites B-407 and B408 located at Sundial Beach Resort on Sanibel Island, Florida. Forget all your worries as you relax to the magical sounds and scenes of the surf from the screened lanais of our fully equipped Gulf View condos.

	Our condos are the perfect vacation spots, whether you are planning a family vacation, a honeymoon, a stress-release from work, a getaway with friends, or any reason at all!

Both our condos are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including new appliances and washer/dryer. Both are completely updated and remodeled, plus we've equipped them with many extra amenities that you won't find elsewhere, such as high speed internet, bikes, beach & pool equipment (chairs, umbrellas, floats, shell nets, sand buckets, beach towels), games, DVD's, videos, books and lots more!

From both our condos, our guests enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and screened lanai. The lanai is the perfect spot to relax, read a good book, view shorebirds and dolphins, or fall asleep to the hypnotizing sounds of the surf.

Our condos are located at Sundial Beach Resort, Sanibel's only  full-service resort. Sundial features bike and sailboat rentals, 5 beachside swimming pools (one with waterslide), 12 tennis courts, Jacuzzi, activities for all ages, fitness center, nearby golf, on-site restaurants including outdoor poolside bar and grill, and convenience deli for snacks and carry-outs. Plus over one-half mile of beach frontage and endless miles of beach for walking, collecting seashells, or savoring a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

If you have never been to Sanibel Island, you will find its beauty and tranquility the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The island is dedicated to the preservation of the environment, wildlife, and a "natural" quality of life (40% of the island is wildlife preserve). The pace is slow and you will find no high-rises, neon lights, or stoplights.

The island is 12 miles long and 5 miles across at its widest point. More than 30 miles of bike paths lead to shops, restaurants, beaches and wildlife habitats. The island's beaches are unspoiled and natural. Casual is the order of the day. Winters are mild (70/80) and summers (80/90) are tempered by cooling sea breezes. We fell in love with Sanibel Island after vacationing there. We think you will too!

Weekly rates are as follows:
Low season...................$ 975/wk  (3rd wk after Easter until Christmas holiday week)
   Shoulder season..........$1460/wk (January & 2 wks after Easter)
   Peak Season................$1960/wk (Feb - Easter & Christmas/NY wks)
Add $35 booking fee and 11% tax to all rates
