Your unit has only one common wall to only one unit of this triplex. Three walls are to the outside with windows so it is very quiet and private. This is in the Tahoe Keys area on the southern part of the lake. There are 7 tennis courts, 2 of which have lights for night play. The outdoor pool is right on the lake and is glassed in to brake the wind off the lake.

Rates:

Christmas week is $1,000 +10 % tax.

New Year's week is $1,200 + 10% tax.

Jan, Feb and the first 2 weeks in March - $700 +10% tax.

Then off season rates take effect which is $500 a week + 10 % tax.  July is $800 a week but August is $800 a week + tax. There is a $75 security deposit also which you get back if you clean up behind yourself. 

Weekend rates available Jan 2 to Jun 15 and Sep 30 to Dec. 17:  $375 +10% tax.

Professional cleaners follow up behind you. When school is out the rates go up as you can see.
