This multi-million dollar home is on Newport Bay and exclusive Collins Island in Newport Beach, California. Collins Island is a private island of seven homes. With one of the largest water frontages on the Harbor (200 feet), and an extra-large patio for entertaining guests, this is the ultimate vacation rental or executive retreat. Newport Beach is known for its beautiful harbor and beaches, golfing, restaurants, premier shopping, good climate, and is 20 minutes from Disneyland and close to other major theme parks. You can walk across the bridge to Balboa Island or take the ferry to Balboa Peninsula; both are within easy walking distance along the beach-front boardwalk. Balboa has carnival rides, beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Enjoy watching boaters from the patio or take to the Harbor or ocean in our 50 foot Scarab fishing boat or electric harbor cruiser. Both are docked right at the house. We can also make our limousine and driver available for your use. The boats and limousine are extras. Please contact us for more information on extras.
